🩷NEW DEVO: Finding Strength for the Week Ahead 🌟 Scripture for Today: “But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.” – Isaiah 40:31 🌿Devotional Thought: Here we are, another Monday. It’s easy to look at the days ahead and feel the weight of all that’s coming. The deadlines, the decisions, the demands—they can drain us before we even begin. But God offers a different rhythm for our week. When we place our hope in Him, He promises to renew our strength. Not just enough to scrape by, but the kind of strength that lets us soar, run, and keep walking forward. The key is in where we anchor our hope. Are we leaning on our own abilities or trusting the One who never grows tired? This week, let’s exchange exhaustion for renewal. Slow down, take a breath, and remember that God’s strength is limitless. He is ready to carry you through. ✍️ Reflection Questions: 1. What’s one area of your life where you need God’s strength this week? 2. How can you set aside time to rest and place your hope in Him? 3. What does “soaring on wings like eagles” look like in your current season? 🙏 Prayer for Your Week: “Lord, as this new week begins, I place my hope in You. Renew my strength and help me to face each day with confidence in Your power. When I feel weary, remind me that I can lean on You. Help me to rest in Your promises and walk forward with faith. Thank You for being my strength and my sustainer. In Jesus’ name, Amen.” 🤗Action Step: Set aside 10 minutes today to pause and reflect on God’s faithfulness. Take a walk, journal your thoughts, or simply sit quietly with Him. Let Him renew you for the week ahead. From letting go of perfection to leaning on faith, these lessons changed everything. 💡✨ 1. Self-Care Is Not Selfish • It’s okay to put yourself on the list. When I prioritized rest, prayer, and a good cup of coffee, I found I was a better mom and person for everyone around me. 2. Perfection Is a Myth • The spotless house and Pinterest-worthy crafts are overrated. My kids don’t remember how perfect things were; they remember how present I was. 3. Asking for Help Is a Superpower • I used to think I had to do it all. Learning to ask for help (and accept it) was a game-changer. We weren’t meant to parent alone. 4. Schedules Are Lifesavers, but Flexibility Is Gold • Having a plan helps, but learning to let go when the day falls apart is equally important. Grace for yourself and your kids is essential. 5. Quality Over Quantity • It’s not about spending all day with them; it’s about making the moments count. A 10-minute dance party in the kitchen can mean more than hours of distracted togetherness. 6. Your Faith Fuels You • Leaning on God in the chaotic seasons reminded me that His strength is made perfect in my weakness. Daily prayer became my anchor. 7. It’s Okay to Dream for Yourself • Being a mama doesn’t mean losing yourself. Your goals, passions, and dreams matter.
